This group meditation and sound relaxation experience gives you a chance to be gentle to yourself, allowing you to fully let go, restore and replenish from your hectic lifestyle.
Each class begins with a light warm-up, pranayam (breath work), a short meditation, and then deep sound relaxation with Himalayan Singing Bowls in savasana.
There are no special clothing needed. Simply be on time with a yoga mat, blanket and even a pillow if you so desire.
